Explore and recharge

On our third week, from Monday to Thursday, we had days off to explore and recharge. Some of us wandered through Savona, Genova, and other Italian cities, while others hiked the nearby villages. These days gave us some of the most memorable moments of the project!

On Friday, we got back to work; helping in the garden with composting, signs for the LAB, and installing an irrigation system. Later, we joined a creative photoshoot with art made during another volunteering program.

Saturday was all about teamwork — we organized menus, did groceries, and prepared our action plan for filming.

🌀 Eyes Wide Open it's a project that focuses on raising awareness, promoting and supporting the preservation of cultural landscapes in rural areas. The project is under the European Solidarity Corps program, supported by the Education, Audiovisual, and Culture Executive Agency and co-funded by the European Union.
