Eyes Wide Open l VTHPA - Our first volunteering week!

Greetings to everyone from Eyes Wide Open Volunteers, we just arrived and here're our impressions about first week.

Our first days in Bergolo have been filled with discovery, creativity, and connection. We explored the village together, shared conversations about music, art, and philosophy, and practiced mindfulness that helped us connect on a deeper level.

We experimented with storytelling and filmmaking, learning how different perspectives and angles can completely change the way we see a story. Through short video projects, group work, and creative exercises, we got to know each other better and express ourselves in new ways.

Cooking together, sketching, exchanging feedback, and even collaborating with Volunteering Summer Fest group showed us how powerful teamwork can be. These first days already feel like a journey of growth, and this is just the beginning.

🌀 Eyes Wide Open it's a project that focuses on raising awareness, promoting and supporting the preservation of cultural landscapes in rural areas. The project is under the European Solidarity Corps program, supported by the Education, Audiovisual, and Culture Executive Agency and co-funded by the European Union.
