What's new in our Volunteering Team?

We started this week by planning our workshop for the Bergolo Festival. In a group we brainstormed ideas. We tried a new for us method, the Circle of Creativity, which helped to set clear goals and structure our work.

At the weekend we organized and carried out our own workshop – a Treasure Hunt around Bergolo. We worked in shifts and guided participants through the game during the day, while also joining other festival activities.

After finishing the workshop, we stayed at the festival “I Sapori della Pietra & Festival delle Culture”, where we played drums, listened to live music and tried food from different cultures. During the week we also dedicated a day to food: we learned what a balanced meal plan looks like, created a shopping list and then cooked meals in smaller groups for the following days.

This week taught us how important preparation and collaboration are, but also gave us the chance to discover new cultures and enjoy time together as a team.
