Interviste, interviste, interviste...

As the time passes we continue our work at Agorateca! After our long weekend we came back here to finish our wood projects and we have to tell you that all of them look so good already! For now we just have to paint everything aaand we will be done:)

Apart from that we also have taken some interviews and the first one was at Andriani, production of gluten-free pasta. Being there and hearing our guide Mattia talk about this company and their ideology was incredible as we could see how passionate people who work there are. We had a whole tour around the factory and got to see how the production of pasta looks like which was really interesting.

On the next day we went to the countryside of one of our coordinators(Giuseppe ❤️) to help with gardening. We’ve planted some vegetables, covered the grapes from upcoming storms, cleaned the area a bit and ate some figs and almonds, it was lots of fun!

Speaking of interviews again we just had another one this morning at one of the oldest mills in Puglia where we got to see the fourth generation of people working there, continuing their great-grandfather’s job and sharing his passion. It was interesting because we got to see a big corporation like Andriani first so we had something to compare it with, but both places have their own and unique history which is worth every second spent there.

As we said we had a long weekend which we spent in Naples! Those were nice three days where we walked around the city a lot, tried an authentic Napolitan pizza, went to the beach and visited one of the most popular viewpoints from which you could see the whole city – it was breathtaking! Besides, we got to visit the Archaeological Museum and eat some more tasty food on our last day.

Right now we are actually leaving for another interview in a second-hand shop Allegra which we can’t wait to see, so we will update you as usual in a week, our last week here(☹). But anyways there’s still a lot to come like a night out with Roxane!!! so we are staying positiveee byeeee
